1. In this exercise, let’s pretend our users are in some kind of election where we need voting support
2. Add an event listener to the button on each user card and increment their votes whenever it’s clicked
3. Also, whenever a user’s card is focused you should be able to increment and decrement the votes with the arrow up and down keys.
